This is SnowyAction club's waiver, it is not the same waiver of the resort you sign when you buy lift ticket.

The waiver should be completed and signed prior to complete the purchase of the lessons.

Each individual adult (age of majority and older, 18 years and older) must complete and sign their own waiver. Parents need sign the waiver on behalf of their minor-aged children age 18 and younger.
